Read TimesDispatch The former assistant coach at a Hanover County swim club was found guilty Tuesday in Hanover Circuit Court of sex-related offenses against a juvenile swimmer that heâ€™d known since her early childhood. Tucker E. Smith, 24, faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Sept. 29.
