3rd and youngest on the team, peeking over at one of our local legends as their turn to race is closing in fast. He did well, RÃ³lant, they were fastest but disqualified because of something that he had nothing to do with. And they got their revenge the day after.

PÃ¡l Joensen celebrates his 100th Faroese Championships medal, whereof 82 were gold. He managed another one after this 100 IM medal, when setting a new Faroese record in the 100 meter (short course) breaststroke, clocking 1:03.00 ahead of junior record setting Markus Joensen in 1:04.77. For some reason a quite popular photo on Flickr, this one featuring a victorious men’s relay team from Havnar Svimjifelag in TÃ³rshavn, on top of the medal podium in KlaksvÃk, Faroe Islands. SuSvim silver and Ã†gir bronze, the only three teams around here with a pool longer than 16 meters.
