Great Britain’s Hannah Miley in the Szczecin 2011 European Short Course Championships pool, I guess after the women’s 200 individual medley prelims. She ended up winning bronze in the event, plus a silver in the women’s 400 IM. Today she set a new European record in the 400 IM :-)

France tops the Chartres 2012 medal table
After the fourth and final day of the LEN 2012 European Short Course Championships in Chartres, France, the host country leapt even further ahead in the medal standings, to ‘win’ the event with 12 gold medals, 6 silver and 11 bronze, Denmark and Hungary second with 6 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze.
