We haven’t had the opening ceremony, but we already have a swim controversy. Dolphins coach Michael Palfrey has been revealed to be working with South Korean swimmer Kim Woo-Min, who will clash with Australians Elijah Winnington and Sam Short on the opening day of the competition. In an interview with South Korean media it’s understood he said “I really hope he can win”. Palfrey is working with Zac Incerti, Abbey Connor and Alex Perkins in Paris. The Australian Olympic Committee has described it as a “serious error of judgement” and is investigating. Tom Decent joins us to explain what comes next.
