Gan Ching Hwee Focused On Swimming Her Best At Olympics Despite Selection Saga | CNA

Paris-bound Singapore swimmer Gan Ching Hwee said she has blocked off all the distractions over her last-minute addition to the women’s 4x100m medley relay team. The 20-year-old said her coaches have been helping her stay focused, ahead of her Olympics debut in two weeks. Gan replaced Quah Ting Wen in the quartet last week, after accepting an invitation from World Aquatics to compete at the Summer Games. Gan will compete in three events in Paris: The women’s 800m and 1,500m freestyle, as well as the 4x100m medley relay. Alif Amsyar reports.
