Tasmanian swimmer Maximillian Guiliani has qualified for the 200-metre freestyle at the Olympics in Paris and is now one of Australia’s biggest hopes at the pool. He’s also vying to break the world record set by Ian Thorpe. Guiliani, nicknamed ‘Miami Max’, has known water all of his life, growing up on the chilly shores of Hobart before moving to the sunny Gold Coast.
