Transgender Swimmer ‘Not Eligible’ To Compete In Paris As A Woman | Sky News Australia

Sky News host James Macpherson says common sense has “won the day” after the Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled transgender US swimmer Lia Thomas was “not eligible to compete in Paris as a woman”.

Mr. Macpherson said Thomas was in court “arguing for the right to race as a woman against women in Paris”.

“The 25-year-old was a below average swimmer as a rale …. but then identified as a woman and started dominating female events,” he said.
