Chicago Life Coach Walks on Lake Michigan ‘Ice Pancakes’ in Swim Trunks | New York Post

A Chicago life coach braved single-digit temperatures to walk across “ice pancakes” that formed in Lake Michigan last week, a chill-inducing Instagram video showed.

George Donald Miller was clad in just swim trunks, gloves, and socks as he nimbly navigated the flat ice floes along the Windy City’s North Avenue beach Wednesday morning.

He eventually got down on his knees and fully submerged himself in the freezing lake.

Temperatures in Chicago plummeted to a low of 4 degrees Fahrenheit for the day, according to Accuweather.
