A majority of swimmers train alone or without a coach on the poolside providing coaching and tips, which often means these swimmers have no idea what they are striving for when it comes to freestyle technique. Our friends at @FORMswim have come up with something incredibly smart that could change all of this, and we wanted to try it out!
