Endurance Swimmer Lewis Pugh to Swim the Hudson in Bid for Clean Waters | Times Union

Lewis Pugh who swam the length of the English Channel, in the Arctic and Antarctic oceans and last year became the first person to swim across the Red Sea. On Sunday, he intends to start his journey from Henderson Lake in Essex County, making it to New York Harbor in about 30 days.
