3 Minors Drown to Death While Swimming in Flood Water in Delhi; CM Kejriwal Calls It ‘Unfortunate’ | ANI News

The soaring water level of River Yamuna continues to wreak havoc in parts of Delhi on July 14. Several areas of the National Capital were inundated, disrupting normal life in a fast-moving city. Amid all this, 3 minors drowned to death while swimming in Delhi’s Mukundpur on July 14. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was quick to react to mishap and called the incident ‘unfortunate’. Meanwhile, a total of 23,692 people were evacuated from the adjacent areas of the Yamuna River in Delhi. The water level of the Yamuna River in Delhi decreased to 208.63 meters proving hope for people living in Delhi.
