Professional swimmer and athlete Ross Edgley is working to inspire wounded, sick, and injured military personnel at the Royal Navy’s Hasler Naval Service Recovery Centre.
Mr Edgley, famous for being the first person to swim 1,780 miles around the coast of Great Britain, visited service personnel in the care of the centre to deliver some inspiring words about overcoming challenges.
He shared his knowledge and advice with the personnel at the centre, based on his own experiences in sports.
