‘There Is a Reason’ Men and Women Compete Separately in Sport | Sky News Australia

Sky News host Rita Panahi says in the gender-fluid age of identity politics where feelings matter more than chromosomes, women are being asked to accept athletes with an unfair advantage.

“They’re being asked to accept competitors like Lia Thomas – a transgender University of Pennsylvania swimmer who was born male and competed as a male swimmer but now identifies as female and competes on the women’s team,” Ms. Panahi said.

“Sadly, most of Thomas’ competitors are too scared to publicly criticize this clown world lunacy.

“There’s a reason we have a men’s and women’s category in sport. Men and women are different and pretending otherwise only disadvantages women.”
