Naked Baby on Nirvana Album Cover Sues Band Over Photo | Inside Edition

Nirvana’s “Nevermind” is as iconic for its songs as it is for the picture on the album cover. The naked baby boy swimming underwater chasing a dollar bill on a fish hook was number six on Rolling Stone’s list of greatest albums of all time. But 30 years later, that image is now embroiled in controversy. Spencer Elden is now claiming his parents never signed a release and that the nude image of him used on the cover constituted child pornography. Elden’s parents were reportedly paid just $200.
