Katie Ledecky Gets Emotional Winning Gold At Tokyo Olympics | Access

Katie Ledecky just made history at the Tokyo Olympics by snagging the first-ever gold medal in the women’s 1500m freestyle race. The 24-year-old swam 30 laps with the time of 15:37.34. She was a full 4.07 seconds ahead of fellow Team USA swimmer Erica Sullivan and she finished 5.57 seconds before Germany’s Sarah Kohler.
