BBC South Today – Edward goes Swimming

They call it “Wild Water Swimming”, the practice of taking a dip in chilly lakes, rivers, and seas. Now experts at the University of Portsmouth are looking into the physical and mental health benefits of swimming in cold water. We sent our own Edward Sault, an enthusiastic swimmer, for a splash about on the Isle of Wight.
