How to do a back dive tuck position feat. Hongping Li | Olympians’ Tips

Enjoy watching two time Olympian Diver for Team China and now Olympic Diving Coach for Team USA Hongping Li give you some tips and tricks to improve your back dive tuck position. There are three very important elements of the back dive tuck: The Take Off followed by the Tuck position and then the straight position to the water. Practice the backdrop tuck first on Dry Land, then move into the water and focus on keeping a straight body line during the Take Off. During the tuck position, always try to keep your eyes on your toes. Remember and exercise all of these three elements and you will enjoy this dive so much!
