Try these three (3) steps out today to help with your Butterfly stroke swimming technique: 1. The breath always happens in conjunction with the arms. (Pro tip: How fast your arms move is how quickly you have to breathe.) 2. Make sure that as you are pulling down; you lift the head up. 3. Make sure you drop the head down, prior to the hands entering the water at the top of your stroke.
