Indian para-athlete forced to borrow money from fellow swimmer in Berlin after ignored by Paralympic Committee

Indian para-athlete Kanchanmala Pande, who arrived from Berlin after completing Berlin Para Swimming Championships, shared a very shameful and disgusting experience during the visit. The sightless-athlete faced extreme misery to participate in the championship after the money sanctioned by the government failed to reach her and was left with no option than to borrow money from fellow swimmer in Berlin. Pande was fined for travelling without a ticket on public transport and had borrowed money to pay the fine.
