Sarah Sjöström 24.43 and New 50 Fly World Record

At the Swedish national championships, yesterday, Sarah Sjöström absolutely demolished the women’s 50 meter butterfly world record, clocking 24.43 seconds where Therese Alshammer’s world record from the Rome 2009 World Championships was 25.07 seconds.
