The Scottish Commonwealth hero of Freedom Friday, Dan Wallace, has turned away from his bady boy days in Florida to make a splash in Glasgow.
Twenty four hours after Thunder Thursday Dan Wallace gave us something even more special in the Tollcross swimming complex.
This big, gangly ginger lad gave us Freedom Friday and in doing so became an instant Scottish sporting hero.
His name is Wallace. And his cry that followed his unbelievable victory in the 400m individual medley was: FOR FREEDOM!
