Danish Federation announce first 12 young guns for “Great Danes” project

The Danish Swimming Federation has this morning, led by national head coach Nick Juba, announced the team for the upcoming “Great Danes” project, that aims to lift the men’s side of Danish swimming by offering special training camps and international swim meets where the swimmers are expected to race in multiple events in each session. This season 2013/2014, the team will consist of the following 12 swimmers, described as ‘promising and strong’, including London 2012 Olympian Daniel Skaaning and 2012 European SC 200 fly silver medalist Viktor Bromer. The squad will meet in Brøndby for their first camp on 1-2 November 2013.
