Olympic swimmer Scott Miller will fight a drug dealing charge, his lawyer has told a Sydney court.

The Olympic silver and bronze medallist was charged last month with supplying a prohibited drug of an indictable quality.

Police allegedly discovered 7.75 grams of the drug ice when they searched the former sports star at Potts Point in Sydney on July 20.
