Moment of truth for Pál Joensen (FAR)
How has it affected Pál Joensen to move from home in the Faroe Isles, to his own place in big town Copenhagen, and switching coach first to Paulus Wildeboer and then Shannon Rollason? I guess we will see soon, personally I’m taking this as the best time to be experimenting, if ever before Rio 2016.

Two competitions, two Faroese records
Birita Debes yesterday broke her own Faroese record in the women’s 100 backstroke, when she managed a time of 1:05.64, the old record a 1:06.19 from the Danish Open meet in March. We might be ranking a bit low on the general roster, but pretty high when it comes to national records per event :-)
