Therese Alshammar struggling with a pinched nerve on eve of Olympics

Breaking news on aftonbladet.se via simma.nu/se, at a press conference today it was confirmed that Therese Alshammar suffers from a pinched nerve in her neck, which ultimately could mean that she will miss the Olympics. These last days of camp she has found it difficult to rotate in swimming, an MRI-scan confirming that she has a pinched nerve. They are of course doing what they can, her big race is next Friday, so now it is one day at a time with physiotherapy and medication.
