The Physilog III pocket-sized inertial navigation system has been designed by Swiss scientists to help Olympic hopefuls analyze their swimming techniques and improve their performance. Romanian mayor photoshops swimming pool to justify £1.5 million EU grant
According to Austrian Times, a Romanian mayor photoshopped pictures of happy swimmers into a half-built swimming pool to justify a 1.5 million GBP EU grant, obviously now facing a fraud inquiry after investigations showed that it has never opened, and isn’t even connected to the water mains and drains.
