Hardy Sets 50 Breaststroke World Record

USA’s Jessica Hardy became the first woman under 30 seconds in the 50 meter long course breaststroke, when she at the 2009 U.S. Open National Championships on August 6th swam 29.95, where Yuliya Efimova’s world record from the World Championships was 30.09. Read SwimmingWorld Magazine
